Gymnastics Coach, 1999-2000
We taught children, ages 3-10, how to
flip around in various ways, and maybe more importantly, how to fall down.
Gift Shop Sales, 2000-‘01
I had a talent for creating displays
combining cherub shaped candles, fancy garlic presses, cherub shaped soap, oven
mitts that said things like “hot tamales” on them, ceramic cherubs, fake
fruits, garden stones shaped like cherubs, etc.
Clothing Retail, 2002-‘03
It was expected that whenever a customer
tried on jeans we would wait outside the change room and then as soon as they
emerged, we would bend down and fold the legs of the jeans up to the length of
a proper hem. This startled most people but it was strict store policy.
